3045-3065 Avenue B is a property consisting of two 7,000 square foot office/flex buildings. Located just off of the Airport Road Exit of Route 22 in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park I. It is within 1 mile of the Lehigh Valley International Airport and positioned centrally in the Lehigh Valley. This property was acquired in December 2010.
Since acquiring the building, some exterior improvements have been made to make it a more visually appealing from the road. These two office/flex buildings at 3045 and 3065 are currently fully occupied by Falcon Educational Services and Landis & Gyr respectively.
As of April 2018, this building was considered a completed project by Intercontinental Development and has been SOLD.
